Our Service allows you to post content including workout logs, photos, and messages ("User Content").
Safe Community Policy: We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Not Medical Advice: GritFit is a fitness tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider.
The Service provides fitness and nutrition information and suggestions, including the GritFit Health Team multi-agent AI synthesis. These are intended for informational purposes only. You should consult with a physician or other healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, or when investigating symptoms or injuries.
GritFit Health Team: The Health Team feature synthesizes user-reported symptoms using Artificial Intelligence. This synthesis is a data-processing tool to help you track your health markers and adapt your training schedule. It DOES NOT provide a medical diagnosis, clinical prognosis, or treatment plan. You should never delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you have read on the Service.
Medication: Features that track medication (such as GLP-1 mode) give general nutrition guidance only. Follow your prescriber on dosing and side effects.
Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during any activity suggested by the Service. You use the Service at your own risk.

GritFit uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate workout and meal suggestions, and to perform health status synthesis.
The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Apple Health, Health Connect, Strava, Sleep Number, Firebase, Stripe and Google Gemini. By connecting these services, you authorize us to access and display data from these platforms. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or privacy practices of any third party. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

GRITFIT DOES NOT WARRANT THAT INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR FREE OF BUGS OR VIRUSES. GRITFIT IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUTCOMES OF ANY WORKOUT, DIET PLAN, OR ACTION TAKEN BASED ON CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICE.
In no event shall GRIT Technologies LLC, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GRIT Technologies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Service; (c) any physical injury resulting from your participation in any suggested workout or nutrition program; or (d) content you post through the Service.

You and GritFit agree to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (a "Dispute") through binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court for claims of intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access.
If any portion of this arbitration clause is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in effect.
GritFit shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where the failure or delay results from any cause beyond GritFit's reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. Performance is suspended for as long as, and to the extent that, such an event continues.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Subject to the arbitration clause above, any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
